At Bloom Perfumery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unopened perfume in its original cellophane-wrapped box and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the parcel.
Ship to Our Boutique
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package back to our distribution center for quality inspection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists verify the item is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
